Orders are despatched within 7 working days and are sent by one of the following delivery methods:

At Melts Away we want you to be 100% happy with you products. If for any reason you are not, please do get in touch via our email firstname.lastname@example.org (supplying pictures of damaged or broken items if required).
If you are unhappy with your order you have 10 days from.you receiving it to return it to us....As a new small business we are unable to offer free returns at this stage. However, if your product arrives faulty or broken then we will reimburse your postage costs (to a maximum of £3.50) once we've received your parcel. We will require proof of postage.
You will have 14 days to return a item or supply evidence of faulty products.
Apon receiving, a full or partial refund will be offered. Dependent if all or partial order is faulty or damaged. All refunds will be issued within 14 days of a returned order or item.
I think my order has been lost in the post
If 10 days have elapsed since your order was despatched (UK only) and your order hasn't arrived, and your tracking number hasn't updated with any relevant information then we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
